Juggling her family and business life has been the hardest part of the vigil..A day in the life of Rosaleen Tallon, sister of firefighter Sean Tallon killed in the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks. In response to the proposed WTC memorial being built underground at the site, Ms. Tallon has been sleeping for 16 days in front of the fire house across from the WTC site. She and several other WTC families are protesting the memorial design and asking for the victim's names to be placed above ground for the sake of honoring the lives lost and safety concerns with any possible future evacuation of the site.
