Many local business owners are outraged at the loss off revenue and the ordinances are to be challenged in court.. Kids play at an amusement park on the Ocean Blvd. strip. There are many such parks and arcades that are aimed at the visiting families which opponents of the bike rallies say are driven away in May when the bikers arrive.
