6 months after hurricane Katrina devastated the gulf coast, little has changed in New Orleans, with houses lying ruined in the heavily damaged areas of the Lower 9th Ward and Lakeview.
Even with the celebrations surrounding the Mardi Gras holiday underway, New Orleans struggles to find a path through the disaster to a new beginning.
