Hunters who bring deer for processing must skin and clean the deer before Norman takes it for curing and butchering.. Norman's Deer Processing & Sausage Making has been serving private customer's for over 20 years. Hunters bring their deer in to be processed into all cuts of venison and several types of sausage.
