 TOPO, Top of the Hill Distillery, the brainchild of owner Scott Maitland and Spirit Guide Esteban McMahan, is located in the old N&O Building on Franklin Street. Making gin, vodka and American whiskey from locally sourced wheat, they are one of the few distilleries bringing  organic liquor to ABC shelves around the state.
