Newell Clark, the 43 year old mayor of Lexington, NC, leads a group of friends and colleagues on a 4 times a week exercise routine around downtown. The group uses existing infrastructure, such as an abandoned furniture factory, loading docks, stairs, and handrails to get fit and increase awareness of healthy lifestyles in a town more known for BBQ.
